General Labourer

Ampjack is looking for 1 - General Labourer to fill out the roster of our construction team. We are completing project work that is based out of Cumberland, BC. The work will occur in rural areas from Courtenay to Campbell River. The start and end point for the work will be based out of Cumberland.

The work schedule will be 12 hrs./day, Monday through Saturday. Overtime will be paid at 1.5X the regular rate of pay.

This is for project work. Start date will be May 8, 2025 and end date will be approximately September 13, 2025. (End date is subject to change)

Applicants must meet the following:

A construction background is an asset.

The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to the start of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $26.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 72 per week
