General Labourer and Metal Grader

Newco Metal & Auto Recycling Ltd is currently seeking one employee to work as general laborer and metal grader to join the team at our 390 Incinerator Road, St. John’s Facility. If you are a team player, then look no further!

$18/per hour

Responsibilities:

•Assisting customers, and grading are some of the duties.

•Sort specific items based on type, grade, and required recycling process

•Enter information and use a tablet style electronic scales and other duties as required.

Requirements:

•Must be able to do repetitive tasks, stand for long periods of time, and able to lift 50 lbs.

•Must be safety conscious, ensuring fire prevention following safety guidelines at all times

•Must be able to work shift work as assigned.

•Work independently.
