General Laborer/Grinder, Rough Finish

A local aerospace investment casting company is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill general labor positions within our rough finish department. This is a full-time opportunity available on the first shift.

The role involves grinding and blast cleaning components using both manual and automated equipment. The selected candidate will undergo cross-training to support other functions, including cut-off and fine finishing.

Applicants must be prepared to adhere to established processing instructions and workmanship standards. Additionally, the ability to move and lift components weighing up to 50 lbs. is a mandatory requirement.

Extensive experience is deemed essential for successfully meeting the responsibilities and expectations associated with this position.
