General Laborer and Forklift Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various preparation and shipping processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work with within deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts, drills, saw and other power tools.

- Drill and saw, as per specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

- Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as cutting, shaping, and fastening materials.

- Using chains and binders, safely secure items onto a flatbed trailer.

- Assist in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory and product organization.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety.

Experience

- Operating forklift and power drill/saw preferred.

- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.

- Ability to work effectively and adapt to various tasks as needed.

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
