Job Title: General Labor

Position Summary:

The General Laborer will support daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves assisting in the maintenance of equipment and building repairs. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, take initiative, and be detailed oriented and able to follow very detailed verbal and written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, cleaning, and equipment operation.

- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and tools.

- Assist with machine setup and breakdown as needed.

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Perform basic welding tasks (preferred, certification not required).

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or similar setting.

- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

- Welding experience is a plus (certification not required).

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
