Unload inbound customer loads, sort materials

Essential Functions

- Unload retail customer vehicles

- Inspect inbound material loads

- Fill out inspection load tickets

- Maintain and clean loading area

- Sort material loads

- Load and unload can crusher

- Operate retail buying program

Requirements:

Job Requirements/Skills

- Reading and writing skills

- Basic math skills

- Excellent communication skills

Education/Experience

- Forklift or bobcat experience

- Non-ferrous and Ferrous handling

Physical Requirements

- Able to walk, sit, stand, or stoop for long periods of time

- Able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times during an approximately 8 hour shift

- Good hearing and dexterity

- Exposure to physical operations in the scrap recycling and facilities, including walking in active industrial yards with uneven surfaces, occasionally in inclement weather
