General Foreman - Civil

SES Civil and Environmental LLC (SCE), a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a General Foreman to join our growing Civil Business Line. The Civil General Foreman is responsible for overseeing construction activities and managing field personnel on civil engineering projects. This role ensures that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. The General Foreman will serve as a key liaison between project management and the construction crew.

This position will be traveling to various project sites.

Pay range: $34.00 - $38.00 / hr

Employees must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness and situational awareness. The employee may be occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift, handle, or move objects weighing up to 75 pounds with frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to, hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust vision.

Working Environment

Job is performed in outdoor settings to include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
