The General Engineer provides end-to-end technical support across multiple engineering disciplines. This role is hands-on and requires proactive involvement in project execution, problem-solving, and design development. Engineers in this role often serve as the technical backbone on projects that require a blend of civil, mechanical, electrical, or process knowledge

- Oversee and execute engineering projects from planning through delivery.
- Develop engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Apply broad problem-solving techniques across different technical systems.
- Support field operations with practical engineering solutions.
- Perform testing, inspections, and evaluations of systems or infrastructure.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Respond to emergent project needs that require technical versatility.
- Provide guidance through QHSE and Operational investigations for unexplained unplanned events.
- Work closely with Commercial Team to develop the most efficient methodology according to client RFQ’s.
- Design, develop and ensure functionality of the equipment is suitable for field services.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (general, multidisciplinary, or relevant core discipline).
- Experience supporting field-based or cross-functional engineering projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate across technical domains.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, engineering software, and basic modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of construction, manufacturing, or plant-based environments.
- Capable of working independently or within small, agile teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
- Flexibility to take on varied technical tasks and pivot as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude is a + Plus for General Engineering within a Service Company- Traveling will be required on a as need basis.
