Position Summary:
MPLX Gathering & Processing – West Region is seeking a Project Engineer to support the development and execution of crude oil and natural gas gathering projects, including pipeline and compression infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing full project lifecycles—from concept through commissioning—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while complying with company engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
This position requires prior experience in project engineering, with a strong background in hydrocarbon gathering systems, pipelines, and compression/pump station facilities.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead the planning, design, and execution of crude oil and natural gas gathering system projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and compression facilities.Education and Experience:* Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
Other Requirements:* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites as required.
