Fulfilment Manager

As an Order Fulfillment Processor, you will play an important part in the team by assisting in picking, packing, auditing, ticketing, and tagging.
Responsibilities:
•
Accurately pick and pack a high volume of orders for efficient fulfillment
•
Securely package items according to company standards and customer specifications
•
Process shipments using various platforms (UPS, FedEx, Shipstation, Shopify) - experience a plus
•
Handle international shipping documentation if applicable
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area
•
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
•
Maintains Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations
•
Will perform stocking and organizing products on shelves
•
Process shipments using various platforms (Redo Returns and Shopify) - experience a plus!
Qualifications:
•
Must be available to start ASAP
•
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Previous experience in shipping & receiving
•
Strong computer skills
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•
Exhibit a strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and friendly demeanor
•
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines
•
Strong organizational and communication skills
•
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
•
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
•
Must be able to understand and speak English

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: From $22-$25 per hour
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm
Days: Mon-Friday
Experience level: 1 year in fulfillment
Work Location: In person Marina Del Rey
