Fueling Facility Wiring/Electrical Service Technician
Full-time | 40 hours/week
Based in West Babylon, NY – servicing Nassau, Suffolk, and NYC's five boroughs.

We’re on the hunt for a dependable, hands-on, and motivated Fueling Facility Wiring/Electrical Service Technician to join our field team in Long Island, New York.
What You’ll Do
You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations at vehicle fueling facilities for clients such as:
•Municipal accounts (schools, fire departments, local government)
•Private customers (trucking companies, marinas)
•Retail sites (gas stations & convenience stores)
Systems and equipment you’ll work on include:
•Fuel dispensers, pumps, controllers, POS systems, printers, sensors, alarms, fuel management systems, probes, tank hardware, valves, meters, filters, wiring, and piping systems

Your Responsibilities
•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, alarms, and fuel equipment at fueling facilities
•Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls
•Calibrate and adjust systems based on site needs
•Replace wiring, sensors, and components for fuel and tank monitoring systems
•Respond to service and warranty calls, including after-hours emergencies
•Recommend upgrades or repairs based on site assessments
•Ensure compliance through testing and documentation
•Operate tools safely, manage parts inventory, and follow OSHA standards
•Maintain certifications and complete manufacturer training as needed
•Deliver high-quality work on time, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
•Comprehend customer requirements and assist in diagnosis, analysis and make appropriate recommendations, with an excellent work ethic
•Any other duties or responsibilities, as assigned
What You Bring to the Team
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Electrical or low-voltage experience (preferred, not required)
•Strong mechanical skills and comfortable using tools
•Tech-savvy with solid computer/tablet skills and a willingness to learn
•Clear communicator with a positive, professional attitude
•Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
•Valid driver’s license with a clean record
•Physically able to perform field work and wear required PPE
•Willing to work overtime and respond to on-call emergencies
•Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset
•Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous growth
