Job SummaryThis position is responsible for overseeing pricing administration, optimize margins, and develop cutting-edge pricing strategies for our commercial fuels and cardlock fuels division.
Key Responsibilities:* Daily Fuel Pricing Management: Review and establish pricing for assigned accounts and geographies, adjusting based on procurement sell cost and market conditions to maximize margins.
•Delivery Ticket Review: Analyze delivery ticket dataincluding gallons delivered, timing, and additional variablesto refine pricing accuracy.
•Market Intelligence & Data Organization: Gather and organize daily pricing intel, ensuring all data is indexed and retrievable for internal use.
•Procurement Collaboration: Work closely with the fuel procurement team, actively participating in daily supply calls and providing critical market insights.
•Billing & Sales Coordination: Communicate with the billing department before each sales register is posted to ensure timely and accurate pricing adjustments.
•Cardlock Pricing Oversight: Set daily PetroStop cardlock pricing and collaborate with the cardlock department to implement changes efficiently.
•Analytics & Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly pricing analysis on fuel margins, presenting key trends, market influences, and pricing forecasts.
•Demand Forecasting: Utilize customer data and pipeline insights to forecast demand across various sales regions.
•Strategic Communication & Documentation: Develop a structured system for communicating, documenting, and reviewing both internal and external pricing data.
•Cross-Departmental Participation: Prepare and present relevant data in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to support business decisions.

Preferred* Minimum one (1) year of B2B experience
•Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
•Experience in transportation, lubricants, fuel, or a related industry
