Front End or "Pay" Loader Operator

The Front End or "Pay" Loader Operator operates a straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor and/or track-type vehicle equipped with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket. The role involves lifting and transporting coal, run-of-mine coal, overburden, and other designated bulk materials to and from storage, disposal, or processing areas. This includes feeding conveyors, hoppers, or chutes, and loading trucks or rail cars while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
