Overview

Greenway Industries of NJ, LLC ("Greenway") is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front End Loader Operator to support daily operations at our asphalt plant. The operator will be responsible for loading materials such as aggregate and sand into hoppers, maintaining stockpiles and assisting with plant maintenance. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and continuous production at the facility.

Key Responsibilities

•

Operate front end loader to move and load raw materials (e.g. aggregates, sand) into plant bins and hoppers.

•

Maintain organized and safe material stockpiles.

•

Perform daily pre-operational inspections on equipment and report any issues.

•

Assist with plant maintenance and cleanup as needed.

•

Monitor material inventory and notify supervisor of supply needs.

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

•

Work closely with plant personnel to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.

Qualifications

•

High school or GED or related experience.

•

Proven experience operating a front end loader in a construction or industrial setting.

•

Knowledge of materials used in asphalt production is a plus.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

•

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

•

Physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.

•

Legally authorized to work in the US.

•

Able to understand and respond to written and verbal English.

•

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

•

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and a drug and alcohol screen test.

•

Valid driver's license; equipment certification preferred.

Schedule and Work Conditions

•

Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.

•

Outdoor work environment with exposure to heat, dust, noise and vibration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
