Front Desk Supervisor/Manager on Duty

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As we are a small hotel some supervision will be required of Housekeeping and Maintenance on an as needed basis.
