Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator is an integral part of the Administration Team at CEEUS, Inc. and serves as the initial contact for customers and partners as well as a support for all teams at CEEUS, Inc. Offering the same great service to our teams that they offer to our customers, we are able to provide a level of support that can transform our teams and affect our culture.

Job Responsibilities
•Acts as the first point of contact for all onsite visitors and callers to the front desk
•Maintains the welcoming environment and operation of our front lobby
•Event and Meeting Calendars
•Updates and manages our company event and onsite meeting calendars
•Informs and coordinates with Administration team members on status and nature of events
•Assists other team members with event and meeting preparation and execution
•Maintenance and Supply Ordering
•Coordinates with Administration and other departments on facility and supply needs
•Receives and acts on all requests for maintenance and other facility assistance in conjunction with our facility team and outside vendors
•Company Culture and Expectation
•Studies and presents an understanding of our current company culture and mission in all work interactions
•Builds relationships within and outside of CEEUS, Inc. in furtherance of our company goals and culture
•Delivers companywide communication regarding events, our facility, and other news by email or other means as needed
Qualifications
•Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus
•1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, event planning, or customer service role preferred
•Experience with phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
•Dependable and punctual with strong time management skills
•Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
•Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
•Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
•Occasionally lift or move office supplies (up to 20 lbs)
