Duties

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.

- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays to enhance product visibility.

- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.

- Upsell products by identifying opportunities based on customer preferences.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.

- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
