GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
- Collaborate with business units to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing actionable insights.
- Build, maintain, and improve complex financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and business case development.
- Analyze revenue trends, cost drivers, and margin performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Provide financial support and ad hoc analysis to department heads and senior leadership.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to help drive operational decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data integrity.
- Support the implementation or enhancement of FP&A tools, ERP, and business intelligence systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across systems and reporting platforms.

- The ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer or at a desk.

- The ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch when storing materials or documenting files.

- The ability to hear clearly and verbally communicate effectively coworkers and customers.
- The ability to exert occasionally 25 lbs. of force and frequently 10 lbs. of force in the use office equipment and material handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
