- Grinder: The Grinder is responsible to put the final touches on our products. The Grinder will work with heavy-duty finishing equipment to remove excess iron and impurities from the products to ensure a quality product reaches our customers.
- Core Room Machine Operator: The Core Machine Operator is responsible for creating cores according to job-specific instructions and maintain accurate records including job timing, down time, scrap and core count and properly labelling finished products.
· Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
· Able to read and interpret written job instructions.
· Must be able follow written and verbal instructions and fluently communicate in English
· Environmental Conditions: You need to be able to work in sometimes EXTREMELY hot/cold conditions while wearing PPE. You have to be comfortable around sand and molten metal.
· Physical Demands: Depending on the role, you may need to be physically fit enough to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs on your own, have good dexterity, etc. You may be standing for your 8 to 10-hour shift while working with sand and heavy machinery. As part of our hiring process, short list candidates will be invited for a PRE-EMPLOYMENT EVALUATION/ Fit Test.
