Foreman/Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on, take-charge Foreman/Supervisor with strong experience in Steel Erection and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). If you know your way around structural steel and metal buildings, can lead a crew without breaking a sweat, and believe in getting the job done right—this one's for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supervising and leading steel erection crews on commercial/industrial job sites

- Reading blueprints, layout plans, and project specs with confidence

- Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and timeline goals

- Communicating with project managers and subs to keep things running smooth

- Solving problems on the fly and keeping your team on point

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles.

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

- 5+ years of experience in steel erection / PEMB

- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance

- Ability to operate equipment (lifts, telehandlers, etc.)

- Excellent communication and crew management skills

- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control in all aspects of work.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
