Summary
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team at M. O'Herron Company. In this role, you will oversee construction projects related to natural gas pipeline installations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within production targets.
Responsibilities
•
Direct daily crew operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
•
Coordinate with Supervisor on project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
•
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction activities.
•
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
•
Monitor project progress and report on status to management regularly.
•
Utilize company issue iPad for daily reporting.
•
Attend weekly foreman safety meetings
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
•
Strong knowledge of pipeline installation processes and construction management principles, particularly in urban environments.
•
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
•
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and safety.
•
Knowledge of industry standard SOPs for pipeline installation.
•
Clean Driving History for use of company vehicle
•
Must pass DOT Drug and Alcohol screening
