Position Summary:
The Enhancements Field Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Enhancements crew work, efficiently and ensure the job stays on schedule. The Foreman will have a broad working knowledge of landscape installation disciplines and must be able to perform all the positions being supervised. Additionally, the Foreman will be held accountable for the labor hours, material, equipment, schedule, and budget.

•Daily interaction with project site superintendent
•Managing crew production rates, quality control and safety
•Oversight of installations per plans and specifications
•Responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance of equipment
•Complete all necessary reports including daily time sheets, job site reports, and accident reports
•Communicate any safety incidences to project site superintendent and HR
•Training of new crew members, assessing strengths, and mentoring
•Proven leadership skills that result in safety, productivity, and quality
•Solid leadership skills and experience mentoring and developing a team and colleagues
•Working knowledge of irrigation systems and controllers. must have a broad working knowledge of landscape installation disciplines and must be able to perform all the positions being supervised
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
•Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Landscape Construction/Enhancements including Irrigation, plant, tree, lighting and controllers (including two wire systems) knowledge and how all the knowledge collaborate to achieve client satisfaction
•Demonstrated leadership to attain maximum performance from crews while ensuring safety and productivity simultaneously
•Ability to actively listen to clients, deescalate situations when needed, and be solutions oriented to develop communication and production plans to ensure client satisfaction
•Excellent communication and follow up skills, written and verbally
•Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
•Displays strong work ethic
•Ability to read blueprints and lead crews to assure work is completed as per specifications
Education/Experience/Licenses
2+ years of commercial landscape experience - required*
1+ years of Foreman or 2+ years of Crew Lead landscape experience - required*
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record - required*
Proficient with technology including tablets, smartphones and computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook - required*
Client satisfaction experience - required*
Effective oral and written communication skills - required*
Strong work ethic – required*
Bilingual in Spanish and English - Required*
Hardscape experience - preferred*
Irrigation experience -preferred*
Supervisory Responsibilities
•Will manage Enhancements Field Crew
Work Environment
•Will work outside in the field in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including sun, rain, snow, wind
•Will be in direct sunlight for periods of time on a periodic basis
Physical Requirements
•In this role you will frequently stand, walk, climb or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects; walk for long distances and on sloped ground and uneven surfaces; move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Travel Required
Daily local travel to job sites and occasional overnight out of state travel to other Caretaker operations if needed
