Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Completions Foreman. This position is located in Cambridge, OH and will report to the Completions Superintendent.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Front line supervision of all field operations associated with completions • Day to day coordination of WOR's, coil, frac crews, wireline units, miscellaneous pumping and flow back • Coordination of field consultants
- Ensure all Ascent BMP's are implemented and updated
• Ensure that all operations are conducted under Ascent's EHS policies and procedures • Manages completion and workover activities
- Manages the completion team in Ohio that consists of employees and consultants
• Analyzes problems and provides solutions to correct them
- Promotes safety culture to deliver top tier EH&S performance
- Manages vendors through daily/weekly communication and quarterly service quality reviews to resolve and eliminate service quality issues
- Responsible for managing daily reporting using WellView software
- Works with procurement to prepare tenders/RFPs and evaluates the results
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven leadership/managerial expertise • Significant experience with horizontal completions is a must • Work over rig and coil tubing experience a must • High degree of knowledge of frac, cased hole wireline, workover rig, coiled tubing, and slickline operations • Fair degree of knowledge of how downhole completion and slickline tools function • Problem solving skills, management experience, and communication skills are necessary • Peleton software suite experience is a plus • The individual must be ok with after-hours phone calls including weekends and holidaysEducation & Work Experience Required
