Seeking skilled and experienced Floor Coating Installer for an industrial floor coating client in Lakeland, FL.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for coating application

Apply various types of floor coatings using industry-standard techniques

Ensure quality and durability of the coatings

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
•
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
•
Proven experience as a Floor Coating Installer or similar role
•
Knowledge of different coating materials and application methods
•
Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment
•
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
•
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:

10 hour shift

12 hour shift
•
8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
