This is a onsite full time position.


SUMMARY

This role supports manufacturing by managing work orders, inventory, and production planning. Responsibilities include monitoring purchase orders, assisting with forecasts, issuing work orders, and tracking output. The role also supports continuous improvement and reports key metrics.

Assist with the execution of coordinating Objectives of the Baseline & Latest Thinking Forecast Manufacturing Plans.
Assist with Monthly Planning Forecasts for Raw Materials, End Fittings, Pipe Production & Completion based on Sales demand for Management approval & company Implementation.
Utilize ERP Material Planning, Scheduling & Manufacturing Windows.
Issue Production Release Notices and ERP Manufacturing Work Orders for all Production Runs.
Assist with issuing Raw Material & End Fitting ERP Purchase Requisitions.
Tracking of actual Manufacturing Output against Budgeted & Planned.
Assist with maintaining Manufacturing Planning Systems & Controls.
Perform various other functions, activities, or duties as directed by Manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Associate degree, plus three years of relevant experience.
Commensurate education & experience may be considered.
Working knowledge & proficient skills using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects & ERP Visual Enterprise.
Effective written & oral communication skills.
Experience with Manufacturing Planning.

Mostly office environment with regular visits to the manufacturing floor where PPE is required.
Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
Ability to operate computer and other office equipment in the office.
Ability to sit at a desk for more than one hour at a time.
Ability to move about the manufacturing facility to interact with employees.
Ability to bend and stoop in order to file and shelve.
