Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Mechanic located in the Midland-Odessa Area. The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive maintenance on heavy equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, ensuring equipment is in top condition, and maintaining detailed records of all performed maintenance activities, guaranteeing that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
