Work Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Overtime as business requires.)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager will play a key role in transforming our accounting processes and supporting the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. This position is responsible for developing and implementing efficient inventory and asset management strategies, ensuring financial data integrity, and delivering critical reporting and insights to executive leadership.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within a dynamic environment, requiring strong collaboration with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure inventory and asset management aligns with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels in costing methodologies, CAPEX planning, and process standardization while also challenging the status quo to improve financial processes. This role will lead a team of two analysts and drive accountability across departments to establish clear controls, efficient workflows, and accurate reporting.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities. The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager must be able to lift 25lbs.

Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
