Fitness Trainer

Our Fitness Trainer must be passionate about fitness and demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients. Must possess skills and personality to motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans, and tracking progress. This position plays a vital role in the success of our members and our club.

Position Schedule:

The hours and days are completely up to the trainer as they are able to make their own schedule once hired.

Salary Description:

The salary structure for the Fitness Trainer position consists of a combination of commission-based earnings and additional compensation for non-training duties. The details are as follows:

Commission-based Earnings: When conducting personal training sessions, you will earn a commission based on the services or products you sell. The commission rate will be determined as a percentage of the total value of the sold services or products. Trainers can earn up to $37 or higher, depending on the number of people in training. Potential is limitless.

Additional Compensation: Apart from training sessions, you will also receive a fixed rate of $15 per hour for non-training responsibilities such as cleaning the gym equipment, assisting gym members with their inquiries, welcoming new members, and providing orientation to new joiners.

It is important to note that the commission-based earnings will apply only when you are actively engaged in personal training sessions, while the fixed rate compensation will be provided for any additional tasks outside of training.
