Hays Electrical Services is seeking an experienced and driven Fire Alarm Estimator to help lead and grow our fire alarm division. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fire alarm business, particularly as we expand into high-rise multifamily markets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of fire alarm systems, NFPA code compliance, and solid estimating experience.

This position does not require NICET certification, but candidates must have prior experience working with Gamewell-FCI or Autocall systems. We are looking for someone motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up—someone who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering excellence.
