The Financial Reporting Assistant Manager will be a key contributor in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and review in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, consolidation process and financial review and analysis.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Master’s is a plus
- Four or more years of U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience with public companies, energy industry experience is preferred
- Experience with consolidation and multiple currencies
- CPA preferred

- Prepares quarterly and annual reports for filing with the SEC.
- Manages internal and external auditors to provide support for audited financial statements and assist in implementation, maintenance, and adherence to internal controls under SOX.
- Assists in aspects of monthly close, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and advanced account analysis.
- Prepares and reviews monthly consolidation and equity transactions.
- Assists with complex accounting events.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly bank reporting.
