Position Introduction:

Gordon Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. The FP&A Manager will have a broad role that spans FP&A, internal financial reporting, board reporting, M&A and market analyses and other ad-hoc analyses. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial and operational insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Maintain and improve upon the company’s financial models including three statement financial models.

- Develop and maintain financial analyses to support decision-making across the organization.

- Analyze financial and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.

- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Support the preparation of Board of Directors and senior management presentations.

- Evaluate potential investments and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.

- Support ongoing ERP initiatives and liaise with operations to optimize functionality and workflows.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

- Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.

- Self-starter with the ability to execute projects with minimal oversight.
