Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on financial operations data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. The Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial strategies align with organizational goals.

Duties

- Analyzing Financial Operations Data: Examining financials, transaction data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Identifying Wasteful Processes: Pinpointing inefficiencies and areas of potential cost reduction within financial operations.

- Developing Financial Models: Creating models to forecast financial performance, analyze investment opportunities, and support budgeting.

- Preparing Reports: Generating clear and concise reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

- Improving Efficiency: Implementing strategies to optimize financial processes and resource allocation.

- Ensuring Data Accuracy: Maintaining the integrity and security of financial data while ensuring its accuracy and reliability.

- Supporting Decision-Making: Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of financial principles.

- Proficiency in analytics tools and software; experience with VBA and Python is highly desirable.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail; ability to analyze complex data sets.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.

- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Talend is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,037.60 - $80,733.46 per year
