Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst II to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial software skills and a solid understanding of financial principles, enabling them to contribute effectively to our organization's financial health.
Duties
•Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
•Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on financial performance.
•Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
•Utilize financial software tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
•Prepare required disclosures, budgets and key performance measures associated with Parts projects.
•Responsible for financial performance regarding P&L and Balance Sheet.
•Create and report accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
•Collaborate daily in the activities of revenue recognition, preparing/consolidating/analyzing financial statements.
•Support the maintenance of General Ledger including various accounts, such as Unbilled Receivables, Deferred Sales, Work in Process, Warranty, Accrued Expenses, Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Depreciation and Operating Expenses
•Perform accounting closing duties by preparing projects accruals journal entries, reconciling and analyzing different accounts.
•Monitor budgetary performance and work with departments to control costs and optimize resource allocation.
•Communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
•Proficiency in financial software applications; experience with [specific software] is a plus.
•Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective presentation of findings.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $68,961.00 - $85,000.00 per year
