As a Finance Analyst supporting our North America (NAM) operations, you’ll be part of a high-impact team that drives strategic insights, predictive analytics, and financial planning across our business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Support monthly demand order analysis and reporting

- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts

- Conduct variance analysis and present insights

- Collaborate with sales operations on pipeline conversion analytics

- Build robust P&L tracking for regional consolidation

- Contribute to predictive analytics and financial modeling

- Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting needs

- Help establish SOPs and improve internal reporting processes

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and other predictive analytics tools/projects, etc.

- Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.

- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
