Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of payroll, bookkeeping, and HR onboarding while supporting day-to-day office operations. This is a career-level position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to handle financial and administrative tasks with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing and multi-state sales tax filings

- Oversee A/P and A/R, ensuring accurate invoice submissions

- Resolve invoice disputes and coordinate with customers for payment

- Reconcile accounts and manage QuickBooks records

- Oversee outgoing payments and track expenses

- Support HR onboarding and compliance paperwork

- Act as the go-to person for administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

- Strong experience in finance, accounting, or business operations

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience with Open Invoice

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Professional and dependable with strong communication skills

- HR and payroll experience preferred
