Without supervision, knows how to safely perform, lead a team and properly validate:
- passed all crane operation, rigging and forklift training
- set and assemble fan / mechanical sections
- set and assemble, when required, walkways, support and recirculation structure
- properly set / connect bundle(s) to a plenum
- how to properly prepare, execute and troubleshoot fan run-in, vibration, and noise tests
- how to properly prepare and execute a full test erection
- how to support shipping loadouts in a safe manner
