Under general guidance, the Customer Care Field Service Technician performs a combination of hands-on fieldwork and administrative duties to support the Debt Solutions department. Fieldwork responsibilities include physically operating water meters to initiate or discontinue service, delivering tag notices to residential and commercial properties within the local community to inform residents of service changes or account-related issues. This role requires frequent interaction with the public in outdoor settings, ensuring compliance with service protocols while maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state of residence, with no suspensions or restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job-related driving duties
