Field Technician – Solar and Electrical Services

Position Overview: Assist our solar crew and our head electrician with running wire, installing panels and rails, working in main service panels, and commissioning the system. Work directly with the head electrician to tie in solar systems, batteries, EV chargers , and other electrical equipment to residential and commercial utility panels.

Responsibilities:

Experience:

Experience with solar power systems, inverters, and electrical components or equivalent knowledge in an electrical field that could be transferred to solar

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools required for installation.

Electrical license or certification is a plus.

Knowledge or certifications in Enphase PV systems are a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
