We are seeking a reliable and experienced Water Division Supervisor to oversee water restoration projects and lead field teams in Tulsa, OK. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry and ServiceMaster standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in water mitigation, and capable of passing government facility background checks.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and support daily operations of the water mitigation team.
•Train staff on ServiceMaster protocols, job site procedures, and safety standards.
•Monitor and evaluate job performance to ensure high-quality service and timely completion.
•Assign shifts and adjust staffing as needed for call-offs or project changes.
•Perform site inspections and provide coaching or corrective feedback.
•Respond to customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
•Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and proper PPE use.
•Open/secure job sites as needed and manage alarm systems where applicable.
•Coordinate with management on scheduling, staffing, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WTR) – required*
Valid driver's license – required*
Must be able to pass a background check suitable for government facility access – required*
•2–5 years of experience in water mitigation/restoration, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
•Strong knowledge of water damage restoration procedures, safety regulations, and equipment.
•Ability to manage, train, and motivate a field team.
•Must be flexible, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
Physical Demands
•Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
•Must be able to operate cleaning/restoration equipment safely.
