We are looking for a talented individual...

To join CLEAResult Canada as a Field Supervisor to lead 5 –10 field staff and multiple subcontractors in delivering a Saskatchewan-wide residential energy efficiency program for low-income customers. The role involves managing field operations, conducting quality assurance inspections and assisting participants who benefit from free energy efficient upgrades such as smart thermostats, draft proofing and attic insulation. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, project management, and leading teams.

The successful candidate will be located in the Regina or Saskatoon area or be willing to relocate to the area.

You’re a great fit you can…

- Lead, train, and support 5–10 field staff to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Manage, train and oversee subcontractors to meet program requirements.

- Oversee project timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery.

- Provide technical guidance on installations and real-time support in the field.

- Conduct quality inspections to maintain program compliance.

- Communicate project updates to program staff and client.

- Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions to meet program goals.

- Support operational and program budget management.

- Collaborate with the Call Centre and Program Management for smooth execution.

Exciting candidates will have…

- 4+ years of residential construction or retrofitting experience, specifically with draft proofing, and insulation in gas heated homes

- 2 - 4 years in a supervisory role.

- Experience with utility clients and customer-facing roles.

- Certified Energy Advisor or home inspector an asset.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Willing to travel throughout Saskatchewan - 25% - 40%

Targeted Compensation:

$32-$35/h

$31.20 - $52.00
