Enviroclean USA LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager to lead our dynamic team of cleaning professionals in providing exceptional green cleaning services to commercial clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. As a leader in sustainable cleaning solutions, we are committed to providing a healthy and eco-friendly work environment for both our employees and clients.
About Enviroclean USA:

Established green cleaning company serving the Metro Atlanta area for 17+ years.

Focus on specific niche of clients that are high end, adaptive reuse, mostly located in Midtown Atlanta.

Dedicated to using environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.

Committed to building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.

Experienced team of cleaning professionals with a focus on quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
•
Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including scheduling, staffing, training, and quality control.
•
Expect to work variable shifts each week ranging from 7am-4pm; 9am to 6pm; 11am-8pm.
•
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and expand the client base (commission opportunities).
•
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.
•
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of cleaning professionals.
•
Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
•
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
•
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in green cleaning.
•
Represent Enviroclean USA professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
•
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
•
Proven track record of success in achieving operational goals and objectives.
•
Strong understanding of green cleaning principles and practices.
•
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
•
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
•
Detail-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
•
A passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
•
Must have a flexible schedule working both first and second shifts.
•
Working from home 1 day per week is optional

Compensation:

$45,000 - $52,000 Salary
•
Commission on all One Time Sales Sold & New Contracts Sold.
•
Quarterly Bonus
•
Health Stipend
