Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan. This position receives guidance and oversight from manager. Typically, does not perform the work being supervised. Responsible to oversee highly skilled construction, installation, modification and repair of electrical facilities used in an electric utility in a safe, productive manner with high quality by supervising personnel in the electrical trades requiring initiative and sound judgement at all regional electrical facilities. Provides timely, cost effective and reliable service to customers internal and external to the Corporation. This position is based out of PPL's Lancaster Service Center.
