A Field Service Representative serves as a company technical and administrative representative, deals with customer service assignments including on-site preventative maintenance and inspection service work, responds to call-out services, and performs commissioning activities on Solar gas turbine packages in the service area of the Chicago District.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:* Be able to provide preventative maintenance, commissioning, trouble call, diagnostics, and repair services while working independent or in a diverse team environment.

The chosen candidate must live anywhere within the state of Iowa Minimum Qualifications :* High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications :* Sound understanding of Gas Turbine theory process, gas compressor theory, large generators and operational practice including control system logic and driven equipment processes in general, both upstream and downstream

Summary Pay Range:

$70,944.00 - $106,416.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
