Sell a comprehensive range of E&I services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and calibrations.
Strategize and execute plans to expand our service footprint into new geographical areas.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and proposals for E&I service projects.
Develop and provide clear pricing to customers, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
Supervise and lead a team of 8-12 E&I technicians and specialists, with the support of a coordinator.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage daily service operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
