About This Job

Job Overview

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards in line with Crescent Power Systems' commitment to excellence. As a representative of Crescent Power Systems, this position acts as a conduit between third-party contractors and our clients to advance final details and ensure additional tools, equipment and labor are available for both project installation and after project closure. This is achieved through the qualification of contract labor availability, relationship building, strategic negotiations, and exceptional follow through. This position sets up and executes end-stage project facilitation to strengthen loyalty, enhance communication and accomplish customer satisfaction within both lines of business.


Education


Preferred – Bachelor’s degree


Work Experience

Preferred – 3 years of proven experience in field service coordination within the oil and gas industry. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are required. To ensure success, a field service coordinator must prove to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interactions. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the oil and gas sector are a significant advantage. This individual should be ready to quickly absorb a personal understanding of the CPS product being generated from an entrepreneurial sense of inquiry and innovation. Strong customer-centric mindset and background are essential.

- Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.

- Oversee the planning and execution of field service projects within established timelines and budget constraints.

- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize field service operations.

- Work closely with Project Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely availability of resources.

- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of field service personnel and compliance with industry safety standards.

Effectively Manage Customer Relationships for Ongoing Partnerships that Achieve Company Mission

- Collaborate with field service technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during field service projects.

- Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Drive Business Results

- Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of field service activities, including service reports, project documentation, and client communications.

- Generate comprehensive reports on project status, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.

- Evidence competent personal initiative, time management skills and effective day planning.

Projected Total Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
