Summary

As a Field Sales Representative at National Efficiency Supply, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base across southern New Hampshire. This position is essential for promoting our energy-efficient lighting solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our mission of simplifying the procurement process.

This role requires a motivated self-starter with a strong work-ethic, effective communication skills (written and verbal), and diligent follow-up habits. The ideal candidate understands “knocking on doors” to build relationships and that success is determined through a volume of activity, measured over time. He/she follows solid sales processes, understands KPIs, has strong organization skills, and knows how to leverage a CRM to document a high volume of activity. This is a full-time role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.


Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field through direct sales efforts, prospecting a minimum of 50 businesses per week.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our energy-efficient lighting solutions.
Educate prospects on NH Saves programs that subsidize the cost of upgrading lighting equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.


Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field or direct sales role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.


Compensation

This is an uncapped COMMISSION ONLY position with proven potential to achieve over $100k in annual income. A draw will be provided to qualified candidates for the first 12 weeks of training and initial territory development.
