We are a fast-growing marketing and outreach company looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Field Representatives. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, ask guided questions, and collect information to help determine eligibility for active campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals in person, over the phone, or through digital platforms
•
Follow a simple script to gather basic information
•
Accurately submit client details through our intake system
•
Maintain a professional and respectful approach with every interaction
•
Represent the company and campaign with integrity and enthusiasm
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills
•
Friendly and approachable personality
•
Organized and detail-oriented
•
Prior experience in customer service, outreach, or sales is helpful but not required
•
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Compensation:
•
Performance-based pay (paid per completed intake)
•
Flexible hours and independent work structure
