Enbridge is delighted to welcome a Field Operator onto our Westover team! You will be responsible for Petroleum Quality and Measurement for the IOL Nanticoke Refinery Delivery and for Westover Express Pipeline. You will also be responsible for effectively performing the Petroleum Quality Measurement duties of the Westover Terminal and Nanticoke Compound.

What you will do:
•Measurement, testing and sampling of crude oil (S&W) for United Refinery and Imperial Oil Limited (Esso). Performs and documents checks on all measurement devices at receipt and delivery meter manifolds as per Enbridge petroleum quality and measurement standards.
•Verifies meter proving reports for the acceptance of meter factors (IOL/ESSO – WEX/UNITED)
•Responsible for the accounting of delivery/receipt volumes and completing month end reports for the Nanticoke Refinery and for United.
•Conducts scheduled inspections on process equipment and maintains measurement logs as outlined per Enbridge quality and measurement standards.
•Safe operation of Westover Lab, which includes, housekeeping, maintaining measurement and gauging equipment, inventories, and overseeing infrastructure.
•Performs routine inspections of process operating equipment and tanks (daily, weekly, monthly, annually.)
•Conducts tank gauging and tank bottom surveys.
•Works with Maximo daily to complete scheduled workorders and enters corrective maintenance workorders ensuring accurate data and reporting.
•Completes emergency response training and provides effective support in emergency response drills and emergency events.
Who you are:
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent required and typically 5 years of directly relevant training and experience.
•Emergency Response experience (specific to tank fire response is an asset.)
•Good communication, organizational skills and computer skills.
•Knowledge of Petroleum Quality and Measurement (Enbridge OMM Book 5.)
•Completion of Petroleum Quality and Measurement training (MTLS Mainline.)
•You will be required to undergo various background screening that include but is not limited to 5-year driving record, criminal check, company sponsored medical and drug testing.
Working Conditions:
•Based out of Westover Terminal with a mix of office and field, with frequent travel to Nanticoke Terminal.
•Hours of work vary depending on workload, schedule, month-end reporting, and emergency response requirements. May on occasion require extended hours, including weekends, nights and holidays.
•Work requires frequent exposure to adverse weather conditions and exposure to wear protective equipment to prevent serious or lost time injury.
•Overtime hours is required at times to ensure job objectives are fulfilled.
•Provide coverage for other staff on vacation, training, or other absences.
