Join Our Team as a Field Operator!
Are you ready to take on an exciting role where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are key? We are looking for a dedicated Field Operator to join our crew. In this role, you will be maintaining and servicing equipment, transporting and deploying assets, and providing continuous monitoring services for hydraulic fracture monitoring (HFM) and induced seismicity monitoring (ISM).
What You Will Do:
•Follow standard work and best practices to service, clean and maintain all product line equipment to the standard defined by Company policies and procedures.
•Service, deploy, test, and maintain surface equipment, including radios, time zero, Verifrac and ISM (Induced Seismicity Monitoring) units to the standard operating procedure.
•Follow standard work, checklists, and procedures to set up the wireline truck, load/unload and assemble/disassemble tools and equipment, and rig-up on site.
•Transport equipment to client field site, wireline shops or to third-party services as requested.
•Drives Company vehicles and equipment: wireline trucks, pickup truck, pickup truck with trailer.
•Work at the well head to guide subsurface tools in and out of the wellbore.
•Operate the hoist to deploy and retrieve tool strings.
•Perform measurement checks and calculations to ensure accurate depth measurement.
•Generate and maintain Job Check Out/Check In, Wireline logs, and DOT records (ex. Driver logs).
•Report all non-conformances, defects to field and failures resulting in downtime in First Alert app to the standard defined.
•Ensure continuous monitoring and assist with troubleshooting and restoration of services, as required.
•Real-time communications (verbal, written) with project team and remote support services to the standard defined by Project Coordinator.
•Real-time record keeping during data acquisition, including project logs, updates to Stats Panel, daily field reports to the standard defined by the Project Coordinator.
•Complete all administrative duties – including, but not limited to, timely and accurate timesheets and expense forms.
If You Are Someone With:
•A High School Diploma or GED (Technical diplomas in electronics, mechanics, or petroleum engineering are a plus!).
•A Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
•Legal eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel internationally.
•At least 21 years of age.
•The ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, financial and criminal background check, and drug and alcohol screen.
•One to two years of related work experience in the Wireline industry
