Field Operations Superintendent

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Field Operations Superintendent to oversee and coordinate daily field activities across multiple job sites. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in field operations, preferably within the elevator or specialty construction industry.

Responsibilities

● Oversee the daily execution of field projects and site activities

● Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation

● Travel to and supervise multiple job sites each day

● Survey projects and take measurements needed.

● Verify that all parts are ready and meet specifications for installation.

● Monitor work quality and enforce adherence to design and safety standards.

● Provide technical support and on-the-spot problem-solving for field challenges.

● Ensure timely progress and completion of fieldwork in line with project schedules.

● Support, motivate, and guide field teams to achieve project and company objectives.

● Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with safety regulations..

● Maintain strong communication with clients and resolve jobsite concerns professionally

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.

● 2+ years of experience in the elevator industry or a related construction/field operations role.

● Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.

● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,557.00 - $70,000.00 per year
